Joe Coffee - Philadelphia
​The Martini Construction Company was called upon to perform an interior build out of the Joe Coffee house at Rittenhouse Square.  Located in the heart of Philadelphia, Joe's finishes give the place a modern, yet classic vibe.  Using the finest materials and most reputable Philadephia subcontractors, Martini delivered a fantastic space to the owners of Joe.  Shortly after Rittenhouse opened, Joe contacted Martini and requested another build out at Drexel University which was completed on time and on budget.
Moxie Restaurant
​The Martini Construction Company was engaged by the owners of the Moxie, a high-end bistro that was voted one of the best restaurants in the United States. 
High quality and upscale furnishings lend a classic element to the space, and Martini Construction worked to ensure that the modern vibe the Moxie's owners envisioned for their restaurant became a reality. 
Avon Senior Center
Martini Construction worked with the City of Avon to convert a one-story brick fire station to a multi-level general use senior center.
The senior center maintains a cozy and traditional look on the exterior while the interior is built with a fully-functioning three-story elevator along with a multitude of other modern conveniences.  Martini maintained the strictest compliance with City guidelines and turned out a successful project that will be enjoyed by the senior population of Avon for many years to come.
